About the event
Andrea with YogaSol is the instructor we use a chair to aid with balance, it is a sturdy safe place to sit. Poses are modified to fit your needs.
$5 per class paid to the instructor; there will also be a waiver for each participant to sign before your first class. Class are open to the public; membership is encouraged. Call 715-268-6605 for more details.
